Mumbai, Jan. 30 -- Base metals slumped today, giving up some of the hefty gains recorded this week. MCX February 2026 Copper futures are trading at Rs 1371.80 per kg, down around 2.80% on the day as a tumble under Rs 1400 per kg mark led to extreme correction. MCX Aluminum futures are down 2% to trade at Rs 334.70 per kg. MCX Zinc futures lost 1.82% to trade at Rs 334.55 per kg. MCX Lead futures pared 2.26% on the day to trade at Rs 197.10 per kg. Nickel futures melted 3.43% to trade at Rs 1663 per kg.
