Mumbai, Feb. 2 -- Base metals slumped today, added to latest losses amid highly volatile price action. MCX February 2026 Copper futures are trading at Rs 1169 per kg, down around 5% on the day as a tumble under Rs 1200 per kg mark pulled it near Rs 1150 per kg mark in intraday moves. MCX Aluminum futures are down 2% to trade at Rs 302.10 per kg. MCX Zinc futures shed 1% to trade at Rs 316.30 per kg. MCX Lead futures pared 0.76% on the day to trade at Rs 189.50 per kg. Nickel futures dropped 3.74% to trade at Rs 1485.60 per kg.
