Mumbai, Jan. 29 -- Base metals slipped on the MCX in morning trades today. MCX Copper futures are down 0.48% at Rs 823 per kg, holding onto losses after a negative open. MCX Aluminum futures lost 0.32% at Rs 246.55 per kg. MCX Lead gave up 0.22% at Rs 178.10 per kg. MCX Zinc has slipped 0.66% at Rs 263.55 per kg.
