Mumbai, Feb. 28 -- Base metals fell on the MCX in morning trades today. MCX benchmark February Copper futures slipped 0.65% at Rs 858.80 per kg. The counter opened lower and lingered around Rs 859 mark in intraday moves. MCX Aluminum futures fell 0.31% at Rs 257.95 per kg. MCX Zinc futures tanked 1% at Rs 265.40 per kg. MCX Lead futures also shed 0.25% at Rs 180.50 per kg.
