Mumbai, Dec. 31 -- WTI Crude oil futures eased on last session of the year. The counter has come off a three-week high and is currently trading around $57.74 per barrel, down 0.36% on the day. The commodity is headed for its steepest annual decline since 2020 and some surprising measures could be in store from leading oil producers following sustained weakness in the commodity in last few months. Meanwhile, data out from American Petroleum Institute (API) showed yesterday that the US crude oil inventories saw a build of 1.7 million barrels in the week ending December 26.
