Mumbai, Jan. 20 -- Matrimony.com has approved final buy back price of Rs 655 per share and the aggregate amount of buyback up to Rs 58.50 crore to buyback up to 8,93,129 equity shares representing 4.14% of the paid up equity capital of the company.
