Mumbai, Dec. 2 -- Mastek has allotted 5,990 equity shares under ESOP on 02 December 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 3,09,86,639 equity shares of Rs. 5 each aggregating to Rs. 15,49,33,195.
