Mumbai, March 12 -- The EIA's latest outlook signals record highs for U.S. crude oil, natural gas, and electricity demand in 2025. Harsh winter weather accelerated natural gas consumption, leading to inventory levels falling 10 percent below the five-year average. With the electric power sector expected to use over 36 billion cubic feet per day of gas, storage levels are forecasted to be 4 percent lower in 2025 and 3 percent lower in 2026 than previous estimates. Tight supplies and strong demand could keep energy markets volatile.
