Mumbai, Dec. 5 -- Manappuram Finance has approved issuance of Secured, Non-Cumulative, Redeemable, Listed, Rated, Non-Convertible Taxable Debentures of face value of Rs. 1,00,000 for an aggregate amount up to Rs. 500 crore on a private placement basis.
