Mumbai, Feb. 11 -- Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India has allotted 9,241 equity shares under Employees Stock Options Scheme - 2020. Consequent to the above, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 2,02,00,77,320 to Rs. 2,02,01,69,730.
