Mumbai, May 27 -- Lupin has allotted 78,930 equity shares under Stock Option plans of the Company. Accordingly, the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company has increased to Rs 91,33,90,940 consisting of 45,66,95,470 equity shares of Rs 2/- each.
