Mumbai, Dec. 24 -- Kirloskar Industries has allotted 6,209 equity shares under Employees Stock Appreciation Rights Plan 2019. Accordingly, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 1,05,09,372 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 10,50,93,720.
