Mumbai, Jan. 8 -- Kanpur Plastipack announced the incorporation of a 50:50 joint venture company with Essegomma S.p.A., Italy, named, ESSEKAN on 07 January 2026. The new company will undertake activities of sales, marketing, trading, and distribution of high-performance polypropylene yarn.
