Mumbai, Dec. 11 -- NCDEX Jeera futures are witnessing stable moves today as markets are trying to assess the supply situation over coming months. Spot prices drifted lower in key mandi at Unjha, testing around three-week low near Rs 21000 per quintal this week but there is some support emerging now. Latest sowing data from leading producing state of Gujarat showed that acreage under Jeera stood at 2.60 lakh hectares as on 9th December 2025, witnessing a mild drop compared to 2.62 lakh hectares at the same time last year. This can provide some comfort for the prices as NCDEX January Jeera futures hold above Rs 21000 per quintal mark. The counter currently trades at Rs 21325 per quintal, up 0.07% on the day.
