Mumbai, March 13 -- Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals has allotted 11,575 equity shares under ESOP. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 13,27,74,110 (constituting of 6,63,87,055 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 13,27,97,260 (constituting of 6,63,98,630 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
