Mumbai, Dec. 6 -- J B Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals has allotted 2,500 equity shares under ESOS on 06 December 2025. Consequently, the issued, subscribed and paid-up capital has increased from 15,66,48,456 equity shares of Re. 1 each to 15,66,50,956 equity shares of Re. 1 each.
