Mumbai, Dec. 2 -- ITI Mutual Fund announced the cessation of, Mr. Hitesh Thakkar has resigned from the services of the company and pursuant to his resignation, he ceased to be the Chief Operating Officer (Key Personnel of the Company) with effective from closure of business hours of November 29, 2025. Accordingly, the references pertaining to Mr. Hitesh Thakkar in the SAI of ITI Mutual Fund stands deleted.
