Mumbai, Nov. 26 -- Intellect Design Arena has allotted 72,331 equity shares under ESOP on 26 November 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 69,64,60,425 divided into 13,92,92,085 equity shares of face value of Rs 5/- each.
