Mumbai, March 6 -- IndusInd Bank has allotted 1,000 equity shares under ESOS on 06 March 2025. The Paid up Share Capital of the Bank has accordingly increased from. Rs. 7,790,534,720 (779,053,472 equity shares of Rs.10/- each) to Rs. 7,790,544,720 (779,054,472 equity shares of Rs.10/-each).
