Mumbai, March 3 -- Mild weakness in dollar overseas might help mitigate some losses in the Indian rupee on Monday morning. Local equities poised to commence higher following US equities could also support the local unit. On Friday, rupee depreciated 19 paise to close at 87.37 against the US dollar, as the strength of the American currency and a negative trend in domestic equities dented investor sentiments.
