Mumbai, Feb. 1 -- The project involves creation of a 3D digital twin and will be executed over a period of four years, from February 5, 2026 to February 5, 2030, the company said in a regulatory filing.

The order has been awarded by a domestic entity and does not fall under related party transactions. The company clarified that its promoters, promoter group, or group companies do not have any interest in WAPCOS.

Genesys International further stated that the contract has been awarded on an arm's length basis and forms part of its growing portfolio in urban mapping and digital twin solutions.
