Mumbai, March 3 -- A special court in Mumbai has ordered the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) to register a First Information Report (FIR) against former Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) chairperson Madhabi Puri Buch and five other officials. The court's order stems from allegations of stock market fraud, regulatory violations, and collusion.
