Mumbai, Feb. 12 -- Five-Star Business Finance has allotted 21,870 equity shares under ESOP on 12 February 2026. With this, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 29,45,66,168 consisting of 29,45,66,168 equity shares having a face value of Re 1 each.
