Mumbai, March 13 -- The company established a wholly owned subsidiary, Firstsource Solutions Colombia Limited S.A.S., to expand its business process outsourcing (BPO) operations in Colombia.

The company incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary with an authorised capital of 4,500,000 shares.

Firstsource Solutions is a global provider of business process management (BPM) services and an RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group company.

The company's consolidated net profit jumped 24.5% to Rs 160.31 crore in Q3 FY25 as compared with Rs 128.73 crore in Q3 FY24. Net sales increased 30.9% YoY to Rs 2087.85 crore in Q3 FY25.

The scrip declined 7.55% to settle at Rs 306.70 on Wednesday, 12 March 2025.
