Mumbai, Oct. 23 -- Fedbank Financial Services has approved the allotment of 3,48,312 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on October 22, 2025 pursuant to exercise of vested stock options by the employees under the 'Fedbank Financial Services Limited - Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2018'.
