Mumbai, Feb. 18 -- UK consumer price inflation eased to a ten-month low in January, the Office for National Statistics reported Wednesday. The consumer price index saw an annual increase of 3.0 percent.This was the lowest inflation since March 2025, when it stood at 2.6 percent. This followed December's 3.4 percent rise. On a monthly basis, consumer prices fell 0.5 percent, reversing a 0.4 percent rise in December.
