Mumbai, Feb. 13 -- The UK Residential Market Survey by RICS showed the house price balance dropped to +22% in January 2025, down from +26% in December. Despite the decline, house prices continue to rise overall, with Northern Ireland and the North West leading growth, while Yorkshire & the Humber and the South East saw slower gains. The three-month price expectations balance fell sharply to +3% from +14%, though the twelve-month outlook remained steady at +52%.
