Mumbai, Dec. 9 -- Japan's machine tool orders grew 14.2% year-on-year in November 2025, easing slightly from October's seven-month high of 16.8%. Foreign demand continued to drive the sector, rising 23.2% to JPY 104,754, while domestic orders fell 8.1% to JPY 31,537. Year-to-date orders increased 7.7% to JPY 1,444,962, supported by an 11.1% jump in overseas demand, even as domestic demand slipped 0.3% from a year earlier.
