Mumbai, March 25 -- Europe's new car registrations declined for the second straight month in February due to sharp reductions in Germany and Italy, the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association, or ACEA, said on Tuesday. New car sales slipped by 3.4 percent on a yearly basis in February, after a 2.6 percent drop in January. The German market saw the biggest monthly fall of 6.4 percent, followed by a 6.2 percent drop in Italy.
