Mumbai, March 13 -- Bank of Korea stated in a latest update that the global economy faces increasing downside risks to growth and heightened uncertainties regarding the inflation path, affected by changes in the global trade environment. The U.S. has sustained favorable economic growth, but concerns have increased somewhat over an economic slowdown going forward. Meanwhile, other major economies are expected to recover slowly due to the rise in protectionist trade policies.
