Mumbai, Feb. 18 -- Dr Lal Pathlabs has allotted 4,000 equity shares under ESOP on 18 February 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 83,59,17,350/- divided into 8,35,91,735 equity shares of Rs 10/-each.
