Mumbai, Jan. 6 -- Dr Agarwals Health Care has allotted 3,37,504 equity shares under ESOS on 06 January 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 31,68,07,506 consisting of 31,68,07,506 equity shares of Re 1 each.
