Mumbai, Nov. 6 -- On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations increased 12.7% year-on-year to Rs 1,376.75 crore in the quarter ended September 2025. Loss before tax stood at Rs 26.78 crore as against Rs 3.91 crore reported in the same period last year. EBITDA declined 2.2% YoY to Rs 194.3 crore, while the EBITDA margin slipped to 14.1% from 16.3% in Q2 FY25, reflecting cost pressures.

Total expenses increased 14.4% year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 1,408.47 crore in Q2 FY26, driven by higher cost of materials consumed (up 18.6% YoY), employee benefits expenses (up 10% YoY), and other expenses (up 15.4% YoY).
