DCB Bank allots 1.17 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Mumbai, Feb. 24 -- DCB Bank has allotted 1,17,456 equity shares under ESOP on 24 February 2025. Accordingly, the issued and paid-up share capital of the Bank stands increased from 314,018,602 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to 314,136,058 equity shares of Rs.10/- each.
