Mumbai, Feb. 12 -- Datamatics Global Services has allotted 4,313 equity shares under ESOP on 12 February 2025. Consequently, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 29,55,31,945 divided into 5,91,06,389 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.
