Mumbai, Feb. 24 -- WTI Crude oil futures fell sharply in last session as a slide from a one week high around $73 per barrel continued. The counter dropped near two month low of $70 per barrel, shedding around 3% on the day. It currently quotes at $70.15 per barrel, down 0.38% on the day. Weak US equities pulled the counter down and traders also eyed the demand -supply situation in the US. Crude oil inventories in the country saw a build of 4.6 million barrels during the week ending February 14, according to new data from the U.S. Energy Information Administration or EIA.
