Mumbai, May 13 -- Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals has allotted 43,750 equity shares under ESOP on 13 May 2025. With this allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 1,28,76,18,326 divided into 64,38,09,163 number of equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 1,28,77,05,826 divided into 64,38,52,913 number of equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
