Mumbai, Aug. 7 -- Energy Information Administration or EIA stated in a latest weekly update that crude oil refinery inputs averaged 17.1 million barrels per day during the week ending August 1, 2025, which was 213 thousand barrels per day more than the previous week's average. Refineries operated at 96.9% of their operable capacity last week. Gasoline production decreased last week, averaging 9.8 million barrels per day. Distillate fuel production decreased by 104 thousand barrels per day last week, averaging 5.1 million barrels per day.
