Mumbai, March 3 -- Precious metals speculators trimmed their net long positions in the Silver futures markets further last week, according to the latest Commitment of Traders (COT) data released by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). The non-commercial futures contracts of Silver futures, traded by large speculators, hedge funds and retailers, totaled a net position of 52862 contracts in the data reported through February 25, 2025. This was a weekly fall of 1592 net contracts and pulled down net longs from four month high.
