Mumbai, March 18 -- The Solvent Extractors' Association of India or SEA has stated that India's export oilmeals for the month of Feb., 2025 is provisionally reported at 330,319 tons compared to 515,704 tons in Feb., 2024 i.e. down by 36%. The overall export of oilmeals during Apr.'24 to Feb.'25 reported at 3,933,349 tons compared to 4,490,055 tons during the same period of last year i.e. down by 12%. SEA noted that in last one month, due to excessive supply and poor demand in world market, soybean meal price reduced by US$ 20 to US$ 360 compared to US$ 380 a month back, while Rapeseed meal export plummeted due to lack of demand from destinations and price fell more than US$ 80 (FAS Kandla) and quoted US$ 190 as on 17th March, 2025 compared ...
