Mumbai, March 4 -- China announced new duties on US goods following President Trump's increase of tariffs on all Chinese imports to 20%. Starting March 10, China will apply a 15% tariff on US chicken, wheat, corn, and cotton, while a 10% tariff will hit soybeans, pork, beef, fruits, seafood, and dairy. China also added 15 US entities to its export control list and 10 firms to its unreliable entity list. Meanwhile, Trump imposed fresh tariffs on Canada and Mexico, demanding tighter border controls, as China prepares new stimulus to ease the economic impact.
