Mumbai, Aug. 21 -- Coforge has allotted 12,230 equity shares under ESOP on 20 August 2025. Consequent to the said allotment the paid-up share capital of the Company has gone up to 334,536,560 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs. 669,073,120.
