Mumbai, Feb. 24 -- The initial public offer (IPO) of Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions 97,59,106 received bids for 75,07,654 shares as against 2,18,23,329 shares on offer, according to stock exchange data at 17:00 IST on Monday (23 February 2026). The issue was subscribed 0.45 times.

The issue opened for bidding on Monday (23 February 2026) and it will close on Wednesday (25 February 2026). The price band of the IPO is fixed between Rs 1,000 and 1,053 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 14 equity shares and in multiples thereof.
