Mumbai, Oct. 28 -- Cartrade Tech has allotted 1,87,800 equity shares under ESOP on 28 October 2025. Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 47,79,37,600/- comprising of 4,77,93,760 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each.
