Mumbai, June 9 -- Borosil Renewables has allotted 5,83,905 equity shares on conversion of warrants on 09 June 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 13,30,50,653 divided into 13,30,50,653 equity shares of face value of Re. 1 /- each.
