Mumbai, July 31 -- Borosil Renewables has allotted 1,35,317 equity shares on conversion of warrants on 30 July 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 13,31,85,970 divided into 13,31,85,970 equity shares of face value of Re. 1 /- each.
