Mumbai, May 13 -- The Board of Syrma SGS Technology at its meeting held on 13 May 2025 has approved incorporation of two wholly owned subsidiaries (WOS) to manufacture electronic components, bare printed circuit boards, loading of components onto printed circuit boards and for manufacturing interface cards and other electronic components.
