Mumbai, April 29 -- RPG Life Sciences announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 April 2025, inter alia, have recommended the special dividend of Rs 4 per equity Share (i.e. 50%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
