Mumbai, April 18 -- The Board of National Fertilizer at its meeting held on 18 April 2025 has accorded its consent to enter into Joint Venture Agreement with other nominated Companies to form a Joint Venture Company for setting up of a new Ammonia-Urea Complex Namrup-IV Fertilizer Plant at Namrup, Assam.
The company will acquire 18% equity stake in the proposed joint venture at an estimated investment of Rs 572.45 crore.
