Mumbai, April 29 -- IndiaMART InterMESH announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 April 2025, inter alia, have recommended the special dividend of Rs 20 per equity Share (i.e. 200%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
